Everything is great from the customer service to they way they handled my claim. I really appreciate Farmers for "getting me back where I belonged." The first person I talked to was very helpful in getting my information and promised that someone would call me in 2-3 days, well later that day I received a phone call from my adjuster who was assigned to my claim. She was very nice and thorough. In the process of our conversation she explained to me about my homeowner's policy, how it works, and all about my coverage.
