This is the way to go if you ar looking for a quick and easy way to cook your produce. I really like using the micro steam. It is quick, easy and keeps the nutrients in the veggies by steaming them. I love using it. My 3 year old daughter thinks it's great being able to help mommy in the kitchen. We use it to cook all of our veggies to keep them healthier than they are by cooking them on the stove top. Our veggies seem to cook even faster in the Micro cookware. I have the small and large Micro cooker and I love using both.
