We purchased an HP Compaq Presario computer from Staples in December before Christmas. About mid January it started making a loud buzzing noise and kept shutting down in the middle of us working on it. After spending almost 2 hours on the phone with first the Staples warranty company, then with HP, nothing was resolved. After a week we called our local Staples store while having HP on another phone, and our Staples store told us to bring in our computer and it would be fixed within 48 hours.
