I purchased this mattress 13 months ago at Sleepy's. It has what they call "eggs", which are basically holes that you fall into as if you were sleeping on a pullout couch or a terrible hotel room mattress. It has caused back pain for both my fiance and myself and was inspected and deemed DEFECTIVE. While Simmons is replacing the mattress, they are charging me $90 to deliver it and pick up the defective one. What?
