I recieved this toy for my daughter's first birthday a few years ago and would reccommend it to everyone.  It is a toy that can be ridden on or used as a walker type toy where the child pushes it from behind.  It comes with food blocks that the hippo "eats" as it moves along.  At first my little one prefered pushing the hippo and she got really good at walking too.  After that was accomplished and she got a bit more agile she moved on to the riding option.  It isn't difficult to move.  Sometimes riding toys aren't smooth or they don't move very far.  We didn't have a problem with this toy. ...
