The Matador Restaurant has the best Mexican food I have ever tasted. The food is definitely not like most other Mexican restaurants -- if you are looking for food like Taco Bell then don't come here. My favorite dishes are their cheese and onion enchiladas, their tacos (which are always made with deep-fried flour shells, not corn), botanas, and their guacamole is the best! This is a small, family-owned restaurant that has been around for over 50 years. The original owners came from Mexico and brought their recipes with them, so the food is authentic.
