- I am an independent contractor and make many stops each day that I am working. I put all of my addresses in before I leave for the day and start with the most distant job and work my way back home. At each stop, I see which is the next closest and I don't find myself zig zaging all over the city. I don't make the same stops all the time, they are always different so I can't become familiar with my route. I used to have to use Map Quest and the like to plan a route, and that took up a lot of time. Now I just enter the addresses and go. What a time saver.
