    Gives you alot of energy and help prevent getting sick.

    This has helped prevent getting sick and helps me in feeling better every day.  I notice that I am more alert and was noted to have a brighter affect.  I recommend it to all my friends because if they feel better, I feel better.  And it is only common sense if you hang with healthier people you are helathier.
