Janet Evanovich is one talented lady who writes funny books that do nothing more than you make you smile while keeping you at the edge of your seat.  She's not trying to solve world problems or earn a Pultizer.  She is writing to entertain and she does it so well.  I always laugh out loud reading her books and I especially enjoy Lula and Grandma.  She has written them so well that you can easily picture them in your head.
