    This is a wonderful seat.  We have our 1 year old in it and still is rear facing.  It is for children 5lbs. to 33 lbs rear facing.  Up to 55 lbs forward facing.  It has the 5 point harness, and the straps have 4 slots so it really grows with your child.  It has deep sides with energy absorbing EPS foam for added side impact protection.  It comes with the safety latch system for easy installation.  It uses the base from the Britax seats, with a little less padding.  It is still very comfortable, and much more affordable than the Britax.
