Let me be up front and clear from the begining! I am a service technician for an authorized EDEN PURE DEALER.  I deal with customers who are in warrantty and out of warrantty.. I also check returns that have been sent back with in the return period. Does this heater work for everyone? NO,  but what product does.  I do know most people are very happy with their  1000XL'S ,SUN-TWIN 1500 ELITES ,1000 gen-3 and sun twin gen-3.  But don't expect the smaller models to do what the bigger models do.  Also, if the product where junk folks would not spend the money to buy replacement parts for...
