My husbands strongly believes in the power of dayquil and nightquil.  These are essential household items in my home.  If he feels a slight cold symptom coming on he imeadiately turns to dayquil for day and niquil for night.  He believes it will either prevent his cold of for sure shorten or weaken it.  I recently got a cold and for the first time in years listened to my husband and used these drugs.

I had pre concieved ideas, I heard on the news that these products make us feel like they work but they don't.  Maybe that's true.  What else is true.  I got relief.  I got better night sleep...
