I have enjoyed this product thoroughly. I loved the fact that it has its own grinder and that there is a thermal pot that keeps the coffee. No more scalded coffee. However after a couple of years this product started popping open it's filter door and thus spilling hot water everywhere. It still functioned but had to be watched during its brew cycle in case it popped open. We still enjoyed this product for awhile longer even if we were disappointed.
