USAA Banking and Insurance

Never had a problem

I've been a USAA customer for nearly 8 years and in that entire time I have never had a significant problem. I carry both Auto and Homeowner's insurance with them and am very satisfied with the rates I recieve. Customer service has been excellent as they keep extremely good records of the calls that I have made. Granted the only claim that I have had to make during this time period was when my wife totaled her car and even that process was manageable and we were able to get the money rather easily once we obtained the appropriate paperwork.
