    I had been noticing that over the years all that black coffee, tea & red wine were beginning to show on the surface of my not-so pearly whites. I did some research on different at-home treatments for whitening teeth. Can't afford those pricey dental treatments. Of the products that were recommended, the Crest Pro Effects were one of the top rated and most cost effective.

    There are 2 wks worth of strips, for the top and bottom. I had a bit of a problem keeping the bottom strips in place because of heavy salivating but the tops (which were more stained anyway) went on easily and stayed in place...
