Once a great doctor, now has become overwhelmed with business and the care has been terrible for my dog. It is sad because I thought he was good, but now he killed my dog and I would not sent any pet to him. Means well but a terrible clinic, no one knows anything and Nelson is never available to talk to you. The number one cause of patient dissatisfaction, no communication.....and lack of care.
