Cheerios is delicious considering how healthy it is. It is low in sugar, has fiber, and low in calories.
It is tasty considering there isn't much sugar added. The price can be a bit expensive so try to buy it on sale. The generic brands aren't as good though.
The only thing is that it can get soggy if you wait too long but doesn't get as soggy as fast as some cereals. I would definitely recommend adding this cereal to a healthy diet.
