I was nervous about starting college, as I am so close to my family, but Ball State University is the closest to a home away from home I've ever found. The campus is big enough to bring excitement, but small enough to bring the comfort and convenience of knowing where everything is. The dining is excellent and the dorms, while a little small, are liveable. I've yet to encounter a rude person at Ball State. There are tons of groups, activites, sorrorities and fraternities if you'r interested in actively joining, and plenty of quiet spaces if you're not. The classes are extremely effective and...
