watching my weight, trying to quit smoking
I have had luck losing over 60 pounds with Jenny Creig, but once I stopped the inches piled on quick. I think it is a good program, but know that you will still work as hard when you stop to keep the pounds and inches off. I have been off of the program for about 4 months and recently gained about six pounds due to holiday eating and drinking, so I am going to go back on the program. Since this is the thrid time on the program I know that in the first week I will be able to drop about five pounds and then maybe a few the next week.
