I bought Alli after I had my baby. I weighed in at 158 I started Alli,dieting and little exercise and got down to 136 in a span of 3 months. I have currently put myself back on Alli to loose some more weight and get back down to what I was. I have not been as determined this time in leaving the bad food alone and getting commited to my diet and Alli. As some of you may know Alli holds you accountable for the things you eat so I just dont take it when I feel weak for my bad food.
