I love love love Revlon color stay eyeliner. I have tried $20 dollar eyeliners for years, and they have smudged. On top of the smudging the eyeliners were difficult to remove. However, Revlon color stay eyeliner produced the all round best results. Great color, great staying power, and easy to remove. Didn't bleed all over my face!:)
