It is so important that you check the ingredients in your hair care products and be weary if alcohol is one of the top five ingredients. it kills your hair and i am a bottle blonde so i am especially conscious of this. John Frieda Blonde Shampoo may have a very slight amount of alcohol(hard to easily find products with no alcohol) but has mostly essencial oils to help nurture your hair. and its priced right and easy to find at grocery store or target.
