After moving to Southern California, the skin on my face has been very temperamental. This probably because it is very dry here, and I'm getting older. I was looking for a light-wear product for the evening to moisturize and improve the uneven color and condition of my face. My chin was super-dry, but my forehead was oily! yuk!
I tried a sample of a very expensive vitamin C cream from NV Perricone. At $95 for a small tub, I needed to find an alternative.
