    I live in a high desert so my biggest problem is DRYNESS. Even when I filled in my profile to indicate super-dry, super-sensitive skin in a desert environment they still recommended products with salicylic acid! (Even the moisturizer they gave me had s.a. -- guaranteed NOT to moisturize . . . . ) When I called to cancel my autoshipments and cancel my membership the csr seemed reluctant and kept asking me why I didn't like the products. I told her that all of the products they recommended for me contained salicylic acid which only made my problems worse. Her response? "All of our products... review »
