My HP laptop was on its last legs so I bought a Toshiba Satellite to replace it. Immediately I had issues with it but I was traveling internationally in 2 days so I vowed to contact service as soon as I got back. When I got back I contacted service and after numerous calls I was sent a shipping package to return it. A month later I was contacted and I was told that it was determined it was a "user created problem".
