I have been a Mac loyal since 1994.  Gone through 5 different Mac computers so far.  When MacBook 13" white first came out in 2006 I rushed to buy it.  Computer-savvy friends warned me never to get the first batch of anything Apple; you might find lemons instead.  I should've listened.   Now I am stuck with a bad Apple.  Defects after defects:

1. Palm rest has multiple chips

2. discolorations on the palm rest

3. over-heated and dead hard drive (had it replaced but expensive)

4. over-heated and BURNT adapter cable

5. Wireless card not detecting signal well - I have to set it right next...
