This is my favorite hotel in NYC! It is gorgeous, the rooms are comfortable and pretty, and the beds are so comfortable..... I love their public spaces; their restaurant turns into a beautiful breakfast bar, and the lobby is great for east side people watching.

The service is unfailingly gracious and any request was granted with grace and effectiveness. Everything is brand new, and I especially loved the ladies rooms! Check out the mosaics!
