We purchased a Kenmore Elite Oasis Canyon Capacity Washer in 2007 when they were first inroduced to the market.  It was supposed to be energy efficient: save on water, electricity and time.  We hadn't had it very long, approximately 4 months, when the tub inside came loose and the control panel went bad.  We called Sears for help.  They sent out a technician that said it was a fitting that had stripped out and he replaced it and reset the control panel.  He went on his way.  Two weeks later it happened again, only this time the water would not drain out.  We called for help once again. ...
