Travelers Ins. through Geico are cold, uncaring, unfeeling.

I have Travelers Home owner insurance through Geico Ins. It's over 8 months since I had a house fire ( January 2009) and to this day (9/30/09)Travelers still hasn't finished settling my claim. Travelers are so cold and unfeeling, I've been through a real tragedy, a hardship, I have not been able to live in my house these past 8+ months. The stress from all of this has been making me sick. I made it this far only because of help from friends and family.
