within one week of opening a new account, commerce bank lost my deposit and could not locate due the the fact they do not service there own atm machines. It took over a week for them to locate the money. By the time they did I had checks that were returned to establishments because they do not know how to stop the computer. In other words, Commerce bank has state of the art ATM that do not work properly and computer systems that employees do not know how to operate. They can only blame any problems you have on their equipment. No one is willing to take a personal responability. I would... review »
