They have great reception and fast repair for damaged phones. I like all of the different designs available and the extra parts included. It is cool to have so many plans to fit many types of needs, from the person who rarely picks up their phone to the person who has their phone perminately glued to their hand. The only thing I don't like is that the contracts long and their is a big fee for termination.  As great as this service may be there are many reasons a person may need to terminate a contract early.
