This movie centers around a small town with a group of kids who find that their strengths lie within each other, as they battle a terrifying monster who takes on the form of a hideous clown (Tim Curry at his best). The monster ends up returning years later, after the kids are adults, and manages to get into their heads and do a little psychological damage. Once again, the group has to band together, journey back to their hometown, and meet up with the beast once and for all for a final confrontation.
