    My husband and I have had Farm Bureau for over 13 years - we have our homeowners/or renters both vehicles and our life insurance through them.  I have never had any trouble filing a claim (never had a big one) or getting in touch with them.  They have always been helpful when I call down there even with question of how much will insurance be if I get this vehicle vs this other one.  They even call me every year to check and make sure we haven't had any changes.
