I bought this for my daughter a couple of weeks ago because she is starting to eat solids and I was tired of feeding her on the floor. This hooks right on to the chair so you don't have to worry about a big high chair taking up extra space. In my opinion, it works just as well as a high chair. The baby is snapped in securely, has a tray, and everything. Plus, she feels like she's part of the crowd at dinner time. We love this chair!
