Kenmore Washer - Front Load HE2 Plus

miserable purchase-big mistake

I purchased this washer 8 months ago. It has always leaked a bit, and vibrated and walked all around the laundry room. Three weeks ago, the "boot", the seal inside the door, failed. Clothes inside the washer were torn in the process and the floor was flooded as all the water poured out. I dealt with Sears warranty repair departments for 2 weeks before contacting the store manager where I purchased the washer. Things have only gotten worse. Their is no concern on his part, nor on the part of the repair departments, nor the cutomer relations departments. I am looking at several more... read full review »
