I have been using Pantene shampoo since I was in high school (back in the late 1980's" and it works great! I have long straight hair that is usually unwilling to do anything.  I have tried the volumizing shampoo, the thickening shampoo and the smooth and sleek shampoo.  I try them at different times for different looks.  I have never been disappointed with the results.  Occasionally throughout the years, I have highlighted my hair blond.
