Most wicked cleaner for baked on grime ever!!

I am a small business owner. I do decorator cakes from my home. I purchase a lot of used baking pans, sometimes in really bad shape(cleanliness wise). I do this with confidence that they can be brought back to almost new states by using the Dawn Foam, it is the most excellent cleaner for that purpose. I also use it to clean up after a marathon cake building session. I have colored frostings for decorating, and the coloring tends to stain terribly if left on too long on plastic, or rubber, but this product cleans them like nothing at all.
