I have a love/hate relationship with my 30G brown Zune.  It's got a very large hard drive for the dollar, and excellent playback features which I really love.  But the software drives me insane.  Why can't they just use a drag and drop feature out of Windows Explorer, instead of the clunky Zune software which has so many conflicts with Windows XP Media Center Edition?  I've spent hours on the phone with Microsoft tech support and still can't get the software installed properly on my computer.  I have to transfer all my songs to a family member's computer and synch… read full review »
