    Progressive is decent company unless you have to make a claim.  I filed a claim for someone hitting my bumper during rush hour traffic.  After a month and a half of dealing with the adjuster they said that they will not repair the vehicle unless I pay the deductible.  I told him that I should not have to pay a deductable since I was the one that was hit and that this should be a much quicker process because the other driver has progressive as well.  He did not agree.  The damage to the vehicles was mostly cosmetic and would cost about 900 dollars per vehicle.  The adjuster wanted both drivers... review »
