I absolutely loved my HP dv9040 laptop, Despite its size, it was easy to get around with if necessary. The only thing that was quirky was the webcam, which had limited capabilities, so I used an external one. However , occasionally it would get proprietary and take over even
if not supposed to be on. But the main thing, it was out for repair 3 times in 11 months for 14 weeks, after which HP sent it back unrepaired because the warranty expired and they wanted $753- to replace the motherboard.
