Always makes me cry

easily caught up in tough to watch shows, a reality TV watcher, deeply caring, Not offended by foul language

This show always makes me cry. I'm not a drug addict, nor are any of my friends or family, but this show really touches me. I can't even imagine how these families must feel. I always hope that the person gets better, and sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. I wish they would do more follow ups on some of my favorite episodes.
