Afrin is a very effective nasal spray. It clears up congestion right away, very effective. And the results are lasting. However, Afrin, like all nasal sprays, has the warning of being addictive and it is. You can become reliant on it, needing it more and more often.

It is a wonderful nasal spray! Great for a heavy cold! However, use is sparingly for a few days and then quit. Used with caution, this will be a great product for you.
