I recently upgraded my phone through AT&T for the second time. I was looking for a durable phone with a full keyboard. I liked the idea of the Pantech Duo, but when I was ready to upgrade they had phased out that phone. I was looking for either a smartphone or a full keyboard. My second choice phone was the Pantech Matrix. When I was ready to upgrade it was between two phones. This one, and the Samsung Blackjack II. The sales associate at the authorized retailer assured me that I would prefer the Matrix because of it's durability. HA!
