Dual Electronics Tape2PC Single Cassette Deck

Can't get manufacturer software support.

Sounded great - being able to convert all cassettes to MP3 format; but, the software which came with the unit didn't work. Unit fuctioned OK as a player (which I don't need another one of); but, wouldn't convert cassettes to the PC running Vista Business. Tech Support, which I was referred to, never answered the phone, or responded to any emails.
