I never could quite understand why some people insist on purchasing name-brand products when the formulas are identical. Why spend $7 for a bottle of Advil when you can get any number of generic varieties for less than half the price? I suppose it might have something to do with the placebo effect. Or maybe one time the brand name works and the generic doesn't. But just the opposite could have happened depending on the pain and the circumstances.
