I filled out their online form to set up an appointment for a termite inspection. Once I did that, I was shown that "An Orkin representative will contact you shortly". I never got a call so I called Orkin to find out why. I received a canned apology and was told my request would be forwarded to a local office and I'd be contacted by someone from that office.
