I went to the Grassfields Restaurant in Danvers, MA. We waited for 30 minutes with nowhere to sit....had to stand the entire time. I watched as there were 5 booths and tables open the whole time. When we were finally seated it was in one of those booths that had been open for 30 minutes. THEN my gf ordered chicken cordon bleu which, when she cut into it, was completely raw on the underside. The manager didn't seem to think much of it but gave us a half-hearted apology and a $10 GC to come back. Come back??? I don't think so.
