    When we were expecting our twins, our daughter wanted to get prepared to help us.  We bought her this baby doll and she loved it.  She kept practicing feeding her and changing her.  Boy, was she disappointed when we brought our son home and she could not feed him yet.  However, she loves dressing him up.
