i decided on the sundried tomato and basil because i love both; i thought the flavor would be intense and i am not disappointed. the flavor is somewhat bitter and very intense. it definitely needs to be paired with something to complement the flavors because i think alone the flavor seems to be missing something; not a well rounded flavor when eaten alone. i am interested in looking at the recipes kraft has already created for it, but i look forward to my own experiments in flavor cuz i think it has real potential.
