    danactive makes a good starter culture.

    I use one half bottle danactive  as a starter culture with two qts whole milk and half a can sweetned condensed milk.To make more, I use the last of what I made. It comes out  kind of firm. If you want to have your kids eat yogurt  don't give them no-fat or low-fat yogurt. eb
